Sterling Scholar Information

To all Sterling Scholar Hopefuls:

Thank you for your interest in the Sterling Scholar program at Water Canyon High School. The Utah Sterling Scholar program is the largest academic scholarship program for Utah high school students. It is a way to  recognize and encourage the pursuit of excellence in scholarship, leadership and citizenship of high school seniors in the state of Utah. You may choose one of 15 categories in which to compete.  

To apply students will need to do the following:

• Attend the Orientation meeting (listen for announcements)
• Print off and complete the Intent Form
• Print off and complete the Application Form
• Turn in the completed paperwork to Mr. Wixom-Burdick or Mrs. Wikan by the due date

Should you decide to compete your senior year, we encourage each of you to give your very best. School winners will also have the privilege of representing Water Canyon High School at the regional competition in the spring.
